Karen and Randy Hoffman have been building and remodeling homes throughout the Triad area since 1980. From the beginning they have sought distinction in their work and specialized in quality custom and speculative homes with fine detailing. Both Karen and Randy are licensed general contractors. Randy oversees job costs, office management and project development. Karen works with the customers to create and draw the plans, detail the elevations and finish materials, and guide the selections of plumbing, cabinets, lighting, etc. Karen and Randy are involved in job start-up, cost estimating and jobsite supervision.
With Design/Build, we work with our customers to create a customized plan. Our goal is to excite you by creating a personalized design and actually convert this design into your personal home. We review details and selections as the job progresses to make sure that the end result is a complete success. Our design services are reserved exclusively for those who have selected Hoffman Built to be their homebuilder or remodeler.
Even though we offer in-house design, Hoffman Built is also comfortable working with professional architects and designers. By working together, we can provide the greatest home for your dollar value and keep within your desired investment.
